Green Anchor

Green Anchor was founded in 2019 by James Wallis, a British born chef.  James has run various restaurants, including the 2 AA Rosette ‘Room’ Restaurant in Manchester  the Michelin rated ‘The Milestone’ in Sheffield and most recently, head chef at Indu in Sydney.

Green Anchor is a food company whose mission is to provide sustainable food solutions, working with suppliers to secure ingredients that are traditionally overlooked, such as excess produce, imperfect looking but great tasting fruit and vegetables, or by-products from food production.
