Paying homage to their grandparents, Shirley & Maurice, this Wellington based bean - to -bar chocolatier, is mad serious about crafting small batch chocolate, using only the finest ethically sourced, direct traded Brazilian cacao. Natural ingredients have been hand selected to complement unique flavour notes characterized by different cacao bean. The end product is a triumph, as the chocolates embody the philosophy behind making sustainable, traceable whilst hitting the highest taste notes.
