We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100. For all orders under $100 a shipping fee of $10 will be charged. Orders will be sent via the Australia Post eParcel Express Service.
Domestic orders with perfumes can only be sent out using Road Only transport via Australia Post and delivery will take between 2-6 business days.
Express Post guarantees next business day delivery for all metropolitan areas in Australia. For regional areas, delivery will take between 2-3 business days. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.
Orders received by 11am AEST Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day unless pending credit verification. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day and dispatched within 24 hours unless pending credit verification.
In addition to your Order Confirmation email, a Shipping Notification email with a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You will then be able to track the status of your delivery with the link provided in this email.
Orders will be sent out using Australia Post International Express or DHL Express. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location.

Delivery can take longer depending on your location and we cannot guarantee delivery within the time period
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes. Perfume and Perfume Oils cannot be sent overseas at this time due to new 'dangerous goods' shipping requirements.
Delivery to some countries may incur additional customs and duty charges upon delivery depending on your order. Footage is not responsible for these charges and are at the customer's cost as they can vary from country to country.
