- Heavy & Bulky items will not qualify for free shipping. Ineligible items are noted in the individual item description. Separate shipping charges will be applied at checkout for these items.
- COVID-19 changes to how your parcel is delivered. Whilst we provide tracking on all parcels. Signature is no longer required by Australia Post and our nominated couriers and have the authority to leave parcels in a safe area in order to minimise contact. Should you be unavailable, the parcel will be taken to your nearest post office or depot for collection. Delivery delays may be expected due to the current COVID-19 situation.
Domestic orders on perfumes can only be sent out using Road Only transport via our nominated courier. Delivery on road service will take between 7-10 business days.
Current Delivery Time for Express Post: 1 - 3 Business Days for all metropolitan areas in Australia. For regional areas, delivery will take between 3 - 7 Business Days. Your signature will be requested upon delivery. We are not able to guarantee delivery times for PO Box addresses.
Please understand that delivery delays may occur during peak periods such as sale time or major holidays.
Orders will be sent out using Australia Post Standard or Express. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location. Due to reduced international flights, please note that these are estimated delivery times and orders may take longer to arrive.

Estimated Delivery Time - Express Post (Tracking, Signature Required): 15 to 24 Business Days
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
Due to customs and quarantine restrictions, we are unable to ship flammable items (perfume oils and EDP sprays) overseas at this time.
Delivery to some countries may incur additional customs and duty charges upon delivery depending on your order. Footage is not responsible for these charges and are at the customer's cost as they can vary from country to country. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
Should the customer refuse to accept a parcel due to customs charges, the customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees.
In addition to your Order Confirmation email, a Shipping Notification email with a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You will then be able to track the status of your delivery with the link provided in this email.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery times provided are an estimate. The parcel is in the hands of the nominated delivery company and no longer under our control. We endeavour to get your purchase to you in a timely manner. For all urgent orders, please select the Express Shipping option.
Please check shipping addresses prior to checkout. In the event the address is incorrect, a parcel re-direct or re-send fee will apply.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Footage, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase.
