Birdsnake's first foray into mylk chocolate bars. The Coco Mylk is a 50% bar with cacao from Tanzania. The coconut milk enhances the creaminess of this cacao to give it a fruity, aromatic hit.
As a bean to bar chocolate company, Birdsnake roasts it's cacao seeds, and then processes them into chocolate in house as opposed to sourcing pre made liquor from overseas allowing them more control over the flavour of the bars produced. The company is committed to fair trade, traceable chocolate production so they know where the beans came from, who produced them, the process during the production and most importantly, how much the producer was paid.
