The Tanzania from Birdsnake Chocolate is a 70% bar with an abundance of fruity and rich chocolate tones from the taste notes of strawberry yogurt, hazelnut and cream.
As a bean to bar chocolate company, Birdsnake roasts it's cacao seeds, and then processes them into chocolate in house as opposed to sourcing pre made liquor from overseas allowing them more control over the flavour of the bars produced. The company is committed to fair trade, traceable chocolate production so they know where the beans came from, who produced them, the process during the production and most importantly, how much the producer was paid.
