The Thai green curry paste from Church Farm General Store is made locally in small batches using freshly ground ingredients from Northern NSW. For an authentic curry, add coconut milk and a protein of your choice. Other uses include adding coconut water and stock to turn this into a spicy thai style broth. Use as a marinade for fish, chicken or vegetables for the grill.
