Flavour Notes & Uses
The fresh, green notes of this oil work wonderfully as an alternative to fresh parsley. Use as a finishing oil for soups, roasted vegetables or stewed fruit. Drizzle over dips or coddled eggs. Great for marinades, pestos and salads. For baking, add to oil based cakes or seeded bread.
Pumpkin seed oil is best maintained at low temperatures. Over heating this oil will cause
