A lovely mix of dried seaweed including Furcata, Tenax, Wakame, Agar and Kelp. Soak in cold water for 5-10 minutes, strain and rinse under running water. Great in meat and vegetarian dishes or for garnish.
Seaweed can be served as a cold salad with chilli or sesame oil and ponzu vinaigrette or as a topping for congee and noodles. Stir through eggs to create a folded Korean egg omelet.
